One way to ensure your reception space wows your guests is with a jaw-dropping head table. There are so many ways to make your head table stand out, from unique place settings to gorgeous floral runners to contrasting linens. One idea we love is using one of our newest rental items, our Capri Arch, as a focal point over your head table – pictured above! Standing at 10 feet tall, these arches are truly jaw-dropping and are absolutely perfect for spotlighting your head table, especially when dressed up with stunning florals. Mix-and-Match Glassware

It’s no secret that glassware is one of our favorite ways to take your place settings from “pretty” to “stunning,” but who says you have to select just one glassware collection? With so many glassware options available and in so many colors, one way to help your place settings stand out is by selecting a few different complementary glasses that give your tablescapes a curated look. Take Merrik and Luke’s stunning reception tables for example – pictured above. By choosing a variety of glasses, ranging from our colorful Carousel, Debutante, and Jupiter glasses to our clear Can Can Goblets, they were able to create a one-of-a-kind tablescape!
An Eye-Catching Ceiling Install

If you find yourself lacking a focal point for your reception space design, one way to easily create something to draw your guests’ eye is through an eye-catching ceiling install. While florals have always been a popular choice for a ceiling installation, we love when clients combine beautiful florals with decor pieces to craft something truly unforgettable. We are firm believers that lighting can make or break your ceremony and/or reception space! When designing your wedding, it’s important to take note of the natural and artificial lighting available at your venue, as well as what the venue looks like in the daytime and at night.
